At Charterwells, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Charterwells account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage the product in its original box with all protective padding, manuals, and hardware included to ensure it arrives back to us safely.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous shipping labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over the package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
